Our Coconut Cashew Agamiya maamoul, is a fusion inspired by Agamiya, the most loved filling for Egyptian Kahk and Ledida, a caramel coconut confection that transports you to childhood. With this creation Mazaj combines Egyptian and Levantine cuisine to create an innovative maamoul loved by all. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches using traditional methods, with the Mazaj innovative touch.  The filling is based on natural local honey, loaded with coconut and cashew, while the outer shell is made with our signature buttery melt-in-your-mouth maamoul dough. This creates the ultimate butter lovers sweet experience.
