Founded in Vancouver by husband-and-wife team Omar and Leen, Mazaj was born from a desire to elevate the traditional Arabic pastry into a modern luxury experience.

While Vancouver's culinary scene thrives, the refinement of Arabic desserts has remained in the shadows. Mazaj endeavours to bring it to the forefront. Our vision extends beyond the treat itself to the experience it creates: a sense of belonging, a spark of joy, a taste of home.
